Making payments on your behalf is an add-on you can purchase alongside our Payroll and Finance Team services. With this add-on, Outmin will set up bank payments on your behalf via a third-party platform that’s similar to a Revolut bank account: NoFrixion

Once you've done the initial set-up with the help of your Customer Success Manager, all you’ll need to do is keep your NoFrixion account topped-up, review payment runs in batches, and approve them in one click. This will take even more financial admin work off your hands because you don’t need to create any payments manually in your online banking yourself.

We offer two options - payroll payments and/or supplier payments.

Whether you run payroll weekly or monthly, setting up payments manually takes away valuable time you should be spending on growing your business.

With this option, Outmin will run your payroll as per usual. When your payroll is ready and approved, Outmin will also set up bank payments to pay your employees instead of you doing it. You will then get notified via email to review and approve the payments in one click before they go out.

Similar to payroll payments, paying your suppliers can consume a good part of your day.

With this option, an Outmin Finance Team member oversees your accounts payable and makes sure your supplier balances are reconciled. Every month, they set up payments to your suppliers in line with invoices that are due to be paid. You will then get notified via email to review and approve the payments in one click before they go out.
