What is Cash Insights

Cash Insights is a new feature available in your Outmin dashboard (currently in BETA for hospitality customers) that gives you an immediate view of your cash flow.

It shows all your Money In and Money Out from your automatic bank accounts, helping you track your financial position at a glance.

Previously, this data was shared via static reports like Excel or Google Sheets. Now, Cash Insights offers dynamic, daily updates with interactive features like drill-downs and visual charts to give you a clearer understanding of your cash flow.

How to Use Cash Insights

5. Using Data Visualisation πŸ“Š

Visual charts automatically generate based on your financial data.

These charts allow you to:

  • Spot trends and patterns in your cash flow.

  • Easily identify where most of your income comes from or where most of your expenses go.

  • Track how money in and money out fluctuate over time.

6. Exporting Your Data πŸ“₯

  • This allows you to download your data as a file, making it easy to share with others or keep for your records.

7. Checking Data Sources πŸ”—

To verify the accuracy of the data:

  • Click on View Data and Connected Accounts to see a list of all bank accounts that feed into the Cash Insights report.

  • Ensure all your accounts are connected and up to date for the most accurate reporting.

8. Dealing with Disconnected Accounts ⚠️
