We use BrightPay to run your payroll, and you will be provided with an online BrightPay Connect access during your onboarding.

Overview of what you’ll use

Here are the main BrightPay functionalities we will be using together to run your payroll:

Employer self-service	Your own self-service Employer (or “Admin”) portal that will allow you to: Manage your employees Manage subcontractors Access payroll reports Manage employees’ annual leave Approve employee leave requests Store employee and HR related documents View Revenue (IE) or HMRC (UK) payments Change your own portal’s settings Using this portal will save hours of your time because you won’t need to do any of the related admin work manually.
Employee self-service	Your employees’ self-service Employee portal that will allow them to: View their personal details, annual leave calendar, payslips and other HR documents Request annual leave Cancel annual leave Change their personal details Using this portal will save hours of your time because every single employee request won’t need to go through you.
Payroll entry request	The easiest way to submit payroll updates and let us know about new joiners or leavers.
Payroll approval request	The easiest way to approve a payroll run or request changes before approving it.
